The final day to pay your 2025 Winter Taxes is Monday, March 2nd, 2026. The Treasurer’s Office will be open from 9:00am – 5:00pm.

MAIL YOUR PAYMENT TO ENSURE IT IS RECEIVED BY THE DUE DATE. A SECURE DROP BOX IS LOCATED AT 5244 N HOPE ROAD (HOPE TOWNSHIP HALL). PROVIDE A SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE FOR RECEIPT REQUEST.
TAX PAYMENTS CAN BE PAID ONLINE HERE. THERE IS A 2.5% FEE FOR THIS SERVICE.

Township Residents Impacted by the FLTF Special Assessment District (SAD)
Capital Assessment:
You will see that there are two-line items on your tax bill for the Four Lakes Capital Assessment (FLTF Bond 1 & FLTF Bond 2) This is because the Capital Assessment includes two bond issuances, and the accounting software (BS&A) required the assessment to be printed on two lines.
The FLTF Bond 1 line on your tax bill is for the first bond issuance that occurred in June 2025. The FLTF Bond 2 line on your tax bill is for the second issuance to occur by the summer of 2026 and represents the principal portion of the second bond issuance (no interest). The two lines combined make up the entirety of the Four Lakes Capital Assessment.
FLTF is working with the accounting software company (BS&A) to attempt to consolidate these two Capital Assessment line items into one by the 2027 assessment.
Operation & Maintenance Assessment:
You will also see a line item for the Four Lakes Operations & Maintenance Assessment (FLTF O&M). This is an ongoing assessment that is reevaluated every 5 years.
